I do some exercise, so overall my health isn't bad.
The upper back is unusually slightly hunched and stiff.
It seems to be slightly connected to turtle neck.
I'm attending a ballet class focused on posture correction to try and resolve this.
I am also starting and trying SNPE anew.
In particular, SNPE also involves releasing the fascia using tools like wood or ceramics.
I'm definitely confident that it will be effective, but the progress is really slow.
How did you handle these kinds of people?
Please let me know if you have any other good suggestions.
