As I enter my 40s, I have been consistently taking nutritional supplements.

Since it is a product recommended by a top YouTube pharmacist and is from an American company rather than a Korean product, I am purchasing it from "iHerb."

 

"Natural Core" is a company famous for its natural products, and I have been consistently taking their vitamin D, which is an organic product with the perfect dosage.

Vitamin D should be taken together with calcium and magnesium to enhance absorption and effectiveness, so be sure to take them together.

 

"Doctor Rin" is famous for its cost-effectiveness, and its advertising model is well-known (Song Joong-ki).

Here, the chondroitin actually belongs to my husband, but I took it and am taking it together. Haha. It's from the same company as Natural Core, but it feels a bit downgraded. Still, it's a product that contains more natural ingredients compared to over-the-counter products.

      돌뜸 진짜 강추해요ㅜㅠ 
      아무래도 둥글게 생겨서 발목 손목 쪽보다는 배나 허리 쪽 찜질할때 가장 좋긴 한데요.
      소화 안될 때 하면 소화도 잘되는 느낌적인 느낌(?)이 들구, 특히 생리 초반에 배에 올리면 통증이 사라져요. 
      정말 요긴하게 쓰고 있어요! 히히
