So, to go hiking, I prepare in advance by climbing stairs to strengthen my joints and stamina, and I also do stretching diligently. However, that's not enough on its own.
So, I only use Udi Sports Taping when I go hiking.
Perhaps because of that, there was almost no pain.
I haven't received hospital treatment for my joints yet, but I think I need to put in more effort, so I try to walk as much as possible during my daily activities and make an effort to take the stairs whenever I go home.
Of course, I am also practicing walking 10,000 steps every day.. haha
