Even lifting something slightly heavy causes pain in my wrists and arms.
Yesterday, I was making kimchi for fresh kimchi, and my wrist started to ache.
If it's just because there's a lot of work, I try to ignore it, but even a little effort makes my wrist hurt, so I tend to avoid doing things by hand whenever possible.
Carrying a market bag on my shoulder every day makes my arm hurt.
Maybe it's because I don't do upper body exercises often, but whenever I do even just upper body workouts at the gym, I feel sore for several days.
Should I continue doing upper body exercises to strengthen my upper body?
Or is it better not to use it at all?
