I went to the orthopedic clinic due to shoulder pain and learned rehabilitation methods from the doctor, and I am now practicing them at home. Repeating the motion of holding briefly and spreading both hands outward... among other exercises, most of which are Pilates exercises, so they are helpful. These days, various stretching and exercise methods are available on the Cashdoc Home Workout app, and I am finding and following exercises that suit me. Whether doing home workouts or attending Pilates classes, consistently practicing helps improve stiff shoulders in the long run and builds muscle strength, which is very good.
