Should I say that my shoulder hurts? When I touch my shoulder, it feels like there's a stone.
I do self-massage, but it doesn't loosen up well..
I don't know how to loosen shoulders that are as stiff as a rock.
I tried getting a massage, but it only feels good during the massage; after a few days, I become stiff again.
Is there a way to self-release muscles that are tightly clenched like a rock? I'm curious.
