Shoulder pain

I think the saying that the body stiffens with age is true.

I thought it would be okay if I waited a bit, but my arm still doesn't lift well. The term "50s shoulder" doesn't seem to refer specifically to people in their 50s who can't lift their arms.

 

It seems that my body is becoming stiff due to lack of exercise and not stretching.

I think I should do shoulder exercises every day with time and mental determination.
