병키우지마시고 엑스레이 찍는게 좋을듯요
Last week, I left late in the morning and almost stumbled while running down the subway stairs in my dress shoes. I didn't sprain my ankle.
I started walking again, and my knees felt a bit stiff, but I quickly forgot about it and went about my day in heels without much discomfort.
After taking a shower in the evening after work, I felt that one of my knees was slightly swollen and sore.
It wasn't swollen enough to be noticeable, so I just applied a patch and slept, and the next day I went to work wearing dress shoes, but I didn't feel much of anything.
Currently, there is no swelling or pain. However, when I bend and straighten my leg or sit down and stand up, I hear clicking sounds.
I thought I might have had a slight shock and that I would be okay after some time, but I still hear the sound. Even when lying down and watching TV, I do leg exercises.
Since I do this often, whether I lie on my side and do leg lifts or hold my legs up, I keep hearing a sound.
I found some worrying stories on the internet, should I go to the hospital?
But somehow, I feel like there won't be any issues if I take a photo, and I wonder if I'm just wasting time by going around for physical therapy unnecessarily.
I'm also thinking about it. Will it get better over time? I don't think there's much difference between hospital physical therapy and applying heat at home, so I prefer the hospital.
I'm unsure whether I should go.
