(Concern) My soles hurt, making it difficult to walk or stand for a long time.

Recently, my soles have been hurting, making it difficult to walk or stand. I think I overexerted myself during exercise, which caused the pain, and it has persisted, so I am worried. I have tried acupuncture and hot packs, but they didn't seem to help much. It seems that resting and not walking would be the fastest way to recover, but since I can't avoid walking, the pain continues. These days, there are many ankle protective compression bandages and insoles for foot pain relief—do you think they are effective?

    쿠션감 있는 깔창 정말 도움이 된다고 하더라고요. 저도 발족근막염이 있는데 쿠션 많은 깔창으로 바꿨어요. 조금 낫더라고요.
