일단 병원을 먼저 가셔서 어떤 상태인지 먼저 아시는게 중요할듯합니다 저도 참다가 병원가서 엑스레이 찍고 해서 한쪽 무릎연골주사 3회 맞고 그 뒤로는 운동으로 단련중입니다 의사샘말씀 무조건 걸어주라고 했어요

I am a woman in my 50s. I started doing lower body exercises at the gym, but my knees started to hurt. It’s okay when I walk or do other activities, but it hurts when I sit down or stand up. It also hurts when I sit cross-legged on the floor, so I can't do it. I am worried whether I am exercising incorrectly or if my joints are degenerating now. I am delaying going to the hospital because I am afraid, but will it get better on its own?
