Gel-type cold and hot pack that relieves joint fatigue

I usually enjoy walking exercises or stair climbing exercises. I like to think and relieve stress while walking. However, my feet often swell, and I sometimes feel discomfort in my joints. It's not what I want when I do my favorite walking exercise. I started applying hot and cold packs because I want to enjoy walking happily. I can easily alternate between cold and hot packs. They are not from expensive brands; I bought them cheaply at Daiso, but I am satisfied.

 

When applying cold compresses, I put them in the freezer and then take them out to use, and for warm compresses, I use a microwave to alternate and relieve swelling and fatigue. There are also supplements to protect the joints and braces. It seems that compresses are just as important^^

    걸은만큼 찜질로 휴식하는것도 좋네요~
    오래오래 걸으려면 풀어주는것도 중요하네요

    저도 찜질팩이 좋은 거 같아요~
    무릎관절이 많이 안 좋을때는 찜질팩이 좋더라구요 ~ㅎㅎ
