My neck is gradually becoming turtle-like due to using my phone.

It seems that the turtle neck is getting worse the more I look at it from the side.
My eyesight is getting worse, and my shoulders are hunched, so I try to straighten them, but then my shoulders hurt too much.

I don't think this is just my problem.
