Rotator cuff inflammation

I strained my shoulder while lifting something heavy, and it kept hurting, so I went to the hospital and was diagnosed with inflammation in the rotator cuff.

Initially, treatment was conducted over three weeks with a combination of injection therapy and physical therapy. Afterwards, manual therapy was received once or twice a week, along with exercise therapy.

After about a month and a half of starting to visit the hospital, my arm, which hadn't been able to lift well, was lifting more easily, and I thought I would recover soon.

The doctor also told me to do manual therapy or physical therapy and to do a lot of stretching at home on my own, so I was doing self-exercises whenever I had time, and I improved a lot.

But a few days ago, the pain has been gradually getting worse, and now raising my arm is uncomfortable again.

Actually, chiropractic treatment is just exercise therapy, so I don't think it's much different from what I do at home. I'm 고민ing whether I should visit the hospital more often or go to a different hospital. If anyone has similar shoulder pain as mine, please share how you were treated.

    같아요 거기서도 똑같은 진단결과 나오면
    그대로 치료하시면 되는데 팔이 올리기
    힘드시다니 걱정이시겠네요
