Complete recovery review of lumbar disc herniation

 

About 10 years ago, I started experiencing severe back pain and numbness in my legs.

It was bearable on its own, but when other parts started to break down and hurt as well.

 

The most noticeable thing was that my shoulder trapezius muscle tensed up, and my neck disc also worsened at the same time.

It's not that something else is uncomfortable, but I felt that musculoskeletal disorders are developing rapidly.

 

I go to the hospital and receive nerve dissection injections (steroid medication) once every two months.

I've been taking painkillers as prescribed and living my life accordingly for 2-3 years, but ultimately, only exercise therapy or surgery remain.

There was no answer. At the time, the doctor said that since she was young, she would recover quickly.

Another surgeon said that the findings on the disc could naturally heal.

I said that there aren't many people who can take that path. I need to change my lifestyle habits.

Most of them said it could fail.

 

I started exercising that day and have been exercising for 13 years now.

I am still practicing the five things listed below.

 

  1. You have to pay to learn exercise. I only move when I pay the price.
  2. Always prioritize exercise without exception at a fixed time.
  3. Nothing is more important than health; promises, family, colleagues, friends—all are unnecessary. My body comes first.
  4. Make sure to include enough protein in every meal and take vitamins so you don't lack nutrients.
  5. There are fewer than a week in a year when I feel motivated. It's just important to quietly and mindlessly take action.

 

After five years, the disc symptoms completely disappeared, and it was also confirmed as cured on the CT scan!

 

If I sit for an hour, I walk around for 5 minutes, and after work, I always do 2 hours of cardio and weight training.

Both my mind and body have become healthier, and I feel more energized about life, which has changed my perspective on life.
