Pain concerns based on condition

I try hard to exercise regularly.

There are moments when my body doesn't move the way I want it to.

Depending on my mood, I experience many changes, so on some days I feel sensitive or when I am stressed, my body feels heavy, and even climbing up and down stairs becomes difficult.

I feel very short of breath and overwhelmed.

Sometimes I do a little exercise, go to the supermarket, do my shopping, and when I come back home and climb the stairs backwards, I have to rest once, and then rest again.

I'm having difficulty breathing because I'm feeling overwhelmed and exhausted.

I think that for exercising, mental comfort is also important.

I shouldn't be stressed, but I'm too sensitive, so I don't respond well to certain words.

When the moment of hurt arrives

Due to such mental work and the burdens of the mind

It also has a significant impact on physical performance.

That is a part that causes a lot of concern.

I thought it would be easy.

If you try to relieve the pain and relax your mind, the pain tends to decrease.

It's really hard to regulate every day.

On days like that, even if I exercise hard, I still feel sluggish.

Back pain. I have neuralgia.

Sometimes the left side stings, and other days the right side stings.

It would be much lighter if I could just let go of my mind when I exercise.
