저도 무거운 거 들다가 한 번씩 어깨가 아픈 적이 있는데 오십견이 아니고 회전근 이상이 수도 있었겠네요 감사합니다
While lifting something heavy, I suddenly felt severe pain, and since then, my left arm has become uncomfortable.
When I searched the internet for symptoms like mine, I found opinions that it might be frozen shoulder, along with various other opinions. I endured it for two months because it was tolerable, but eventually I went to the hospital.
The diagnosis was not frozen shoulder, but rather nerve shock to the rotator cuff, which caused difficulty in arm movement. After receiving a few injections and undergoing several physical and manual therapies, there was significant improvement. The doctor mentioned that starting treatment early allows for quick recovery, but if it becomes chronic over a long period, it becomes more difficult to treat effectively.
I don't know why I endured two months like a fool.
As I get older, I often experience shoulder stiffness, frequently suffer from back pain, and it seems like joint and nerve-related conditions are increasing significantly.
If you have symptoms of illness, don't delay—seek medical attention quickly and develop the habit of getting treatment. I hope you all enjoy a healthy life into your 100s.^^
Everyone stay healthy.
