(Concern) I often get cramps while sleeping at night.

It seems to have been about a couple of months... I often wake up in pain from cramps while sleeping at night. In the past, I occasionally had cramps when I was very tired, but it was really rare, maybe once a year. However, recently, it seems to happen about once or twice a week. I already have insomnia and can't sleep well, and even when I manage to fall asleep, I wake up due to cramps, which greatly reduces my quality of life. I try to push my foot against the wall and relax to avoid waking my family, but I keep breaking out in cold sweat... I'm thinking I should see a doctor. I walk about 10,000 steps every day and move around a lot, and I often do stretching, so I wonder if this could be the cause. Should I perhaps move less? Or is this an inevitable symptom of aging? I'm afraid I might wake up again tonight due to cramps...

    이베트미욘님 제가 몇년에 밤에 쥐나면 정말 너무 아파서 막 울고 그랬어요. 
    도대체 이유도 모르겠고 몇달을 고생했는데요.
    그게 허리 디스크 때문에도 다리에 쥐가 날수 있더라구요
    전 도수치료 10회 받고는 이젠 밤에 다리에 쥐가 안나네요.

    자다가 쥐가나는 사람이 많네요 저만 그런줄 알았는데 왜 그런까요. 혈액순환이. 안되서 그런가 심하신것같은데 병원을 가보세요
