(Concern) My soles feel like they are being torn apart.

I am walking as a form of exercise.

Actually, my body isn't very suitable for walking. I have flat feet.

When I first started walking 10,000 steps three years ago, I suddenly experienced a pain as if my soles were being pulled and torn while walking, so I tried reducing my steps and losing weight, and it seemed to get better.

Since I started walking more than ten thousand steps every day, I gradually became conditioned, and the frequent pain of my soles feeling like they were tearing apart has lessened.

Just in case, I walk in and do foot stretches after I get home.

I also purchased and used insoles that relieve pressure on the soles of the feet.

I had been doing well all along, but since two weeks ago, I started experiencing a tearing pain in the sole of my foot againㅠㅠ

So this time, I received low-frequency therapy and tried foot baths, but it didn't improve well, so I'm taking a break from walking 10,000 steps for a while.

The hospital keeps telling me to continue treatment, but it's already been two weeks and I haven't gotten better, so I'm wondering if I should change hospitals.

There is.

I used to go because it was close to my house, but other places are too far and the timing doesn't match, so I'm 고민 about what to do.
