Today, I brought self-administered pain management and full-body massage methods that you can do on your own.

I have three types of foam rollers like the ones in the picture above. When doing full-body stretching and massage, it doesn't really matter whether I use type 1 or type 2.

 

You can think of it simply as spicy and mild flavors.

 

The correct name for number 2 appears to be a rumble roller, which has protrusions that allow for a deeper massage. However, for those trying it for the first time, you will definitely feel intense pain. Alternatively, if you use the rumble roller when you have muscle pain, you can experience a very intense, spicy sensation.

 

Maybe I can see the stars a little 🤣🤪

 

 

I usually use the Rumble Roller for foam rolling stretches before and after exercise, but when I want to give a similar stimulus overall, I use the regular foam roller. I personally like the Rumble Roller 💙

 

Then, where do we use the mini mini version, which is number 3? It is used when you want to stimulate only a specific area. So, you can think of it as being used on very small areas.

 

Since I often experience neck pain and headaches, I use a foam roller number 3 to loosen my neck.

Lie down with the foam roller placed behind your neck, and slowly roll back and forth from side to side. If you feel any discomfort, pause for a moment. If there is a spot that is particularly uncomfortable or painful, stop there and apply a deeper stimulus. After repeating this a few times, stand up and sit down, and you'll probably feel like your eyes are also clearing up.

 

And another area where it is used is the calf.

It involves placing a foam roller between the calf and thigh and sitting on it. It hurts a lot. It’s quite painful. Nevertheless, because it is very good for calf swelling and blood circulation, I can't avoid doing it. In the picture, it appears to be the same size as foam roller 1, but using roller 3 can provide a deeper massage effect. Instead of staying still, if you gently move your hips side to side as if shaking them, the effect is even better!

 

Since you're feeling very sick, watch your favorite drama. You need to distract yourself a little 😱

 

Of course, the neck and calves can be effectively treated with either a foam roller or a Rumble Roller. Full-body foam rolling massages help to shape the body, loosen tight muscles, and reduce swelling, which also contributes to weight loss.
