(Helpful tip) For those experiencing persistent pain in the waist or back area
If you feel a dull ache in your body, or persistent pain in your lower back or back, try this once.
Perhaps because of my poor posture, I have been experiencing persistent pain in one spot of my right lower back.
I tried body hair removal based on a recommendation from a traditional Korean medicine doctor, and the results were so good that I want to share.
Usually, they boast swollen, bumpy muscles, but when shown a picture of thin, long-legged storks, they say these muscles are healthy muscles. The exercise involves standing with a relaxed posture, slightly spreading the legs, then lifting only the heels and then gently lowering the heels back to the ground repeatedly. After daily body brushing, taking a few days off makes my body already aware and I immediately feel even the slightest heaviness. If persistent pain lasts too long, the brain remembers it and sends signals when you're a bit tired, reminding you of the pain. If the brain already remembers my pain area, I should quickly re-input the information.
