Hallux valgus

Worked at a job for over 35 years and wore heels taller than 6 cm.

The foot length is 230~235mm, and the heel was more comfortable even during driving.

More than five years after retirement, symptoms suspected to be bunion appeared.

The area between the right big toe and the second toe keeps sticking together, causing a corn to form repeatedly on the second toe.

Therefore, they also wear hallux valgus toe correction devices.

But all three of my maternal aunts had severe bunions and underwent surgery, and I saw that they all went through a lot of hardship.

I'm worried that I might do the same.
