Concern) My knee cartilage softening is gradually worseningㅠ

I was diagnosed with cartilage softening in my twenties.

At that time, it wasn't widely known, so sometimes when you went to a regular orthopedic clinic, you wouldn't even know what was causing the pain.

As a result, I didn't manage myself properly early on, and now that I'm approaching my 40s, I can feel it getting worse.

I've been getting Conjuran Juza five times every six months for a while now, but I still feel like it's just okay... For those who have tried it, how do you feel? I'm curious if it's better than not doing it.

 

I tried MSM, green-lipped mussels, and chondroitin for eating, but I think MSM is the most suitable. If anyone has other recommendations in this area, please let me know.

 

I am also exercising, but it's not easy with exercise aloneㅠ Ugh... I feel stiff, can't stand for long, and it's painful.

     아무래도 쓰지 않는 게 좋으니까 계단 오르기 같은 운동은 하지 않는 게 좋겠네요

    저랑 같으시네요... 저도 20대 후반에 왼쪽 무릎 연골연화증....진단받았어요....
    그나마 평상시엔 괜찮다가 갑자기 통증이 시작되면 2~3개월씩 아파서 다리를 절기도 하고... 뛰는 건 아예 안되고요... 주사도 그때뿐이고 ;; 이제 주사는 잘 맞지 않아요.. 주사가 워낙 아프기도 하고요...
    최대한 허벅지 근육 강화하는 운동 하려고 노력중이예요~~ 무릎 통증 때문에 스쿼트나 런지 같은 건 무리가 있고.. 자전거나 수영 하늘 자전거 같은거 추천합니다.

    무릎 통증 있어서 비싼 주사 여러번 
    맞아도 효과가 없더라구요
    근력운동만이 답인 거 같아요
    주사 맞을 돈으로 pt하러 가려구요ㅠ
