Nowadays, it's easy to access diet videos, so I searched a lot on YouTube, but there were no videos like this.

 

Lee So-ra's diet video is divided into sections such as arms, legs, and abdomen.

Above all, these are easy movements to follow, and you can do them while watching TV or lying down, so even someone like me who is lazy can do them consistently.

 

I have been consistently doing this action for almost 20 years now.

I can't do it every day, but I do it consistently about 2 to 3 times a week.

I don't particularly go to another gym for strength training or receive training there, nor do I lift weights or do such exercises.

When using InBody, muscle always appears above the standard level.

 

My secret to maintaining strength! The key tip is to consistently do long-lasting exercises, even if they are not very difficult!!

I think there is no better tip than this.

Recently, I have been consistently doing planks, which I started because of the challenge.

Initially, I experienced a slight pulling sensation in my lower abdomen along with muscle pain.

As I continue to do this steadily, my time is gradually increasing and I'm getting better.

 

Very intense exercise seems to make you tired.

If you consistently do it within your ability to digest, it will inevitably show in your body.
