Tips for back pain exercises: the so-called frog stretch!

The precise diagnosis for a herniated disc is 'lumbar disc herniation.'

Inside the vertebrae, there is a region called the disc that absorbs the shocks the body receives.

A herniated disc occurs due to various causes, and it is called a lumbar disc herniation.

If a herniated disc protrudes and touches nearby nerves, it can cause pain in the legs or other areas.

I had back disc surgery a long time ago.

My back is still not good, and I am struggling every day.

The phrase that you need to strengthen the erector spinae muscles is something everyone with back pain has heard.

But!! If a person with a back pain exercises incorrectly, their back will hurt more.

That's how my experience is. When my back hurts, I do exercises in a comfortable position.

Eventually, it becomes worse than not doing it at all.

So I do exercises at the stretching level.

This is an exercise recommended by the manual therapy doctor in the pain medicine department.

He said it's a helpful exercise for everyone, whether you've temporarily injured your waist, are in pain, or are a disc patient like me.

Lower your hips to the floor in the same posture as the picture, as if you are sitting down.

At first, it hardly went down. But the more I did it, the more the decrease increased.

If you keep doing this exercise regularly, you will feel your hip joint becoming more flexible.

There were times when my hip joint hurt even when I sat cross-legged.

However, after this exercise, I don't experience that kind of pain.

It would be good to do it once before going to bed after waking up.

I do about three sets of 20 to 30 repetitions each time.

I believe that doing anything consistently is the most important.

If you're suffering from back pain like me, just give it a try, even if it seems like a gamble.

I'm definitely seeing the effects quite clearly.

I hope that even a little relief can be found through unknown back pain stretching.

Let's not get sick. It can change the quality of life!
