These days, as the cold days have eased and the temperature has risen, I have started jogging again. However, as I got more into jogging, I became increasingly eager to go longer and faster. As a result, I naturally experienced knee injuries that often occur while running. I also, at first, didn't know anything and happily ran 5 kilometers, but I ended up with inflammation in my entire knee and experienced pain.
So I don't want to give up running, and lately I've been thinking a lot about how to continue running while preventing knee injuries. Of course, I bought new knee braces and running shoes, but what I'm gradually realizing is that basic physical fitness and strength also need to be prepared, and running posture, running shoes, and other factors are really complex.
The more I run, the more I realize how impressive it is for people to prevent injuries wisely while exercising. That's why I'm curious about the stretching routines of the experts^^
