My knee hurts....

I'm still in my 30s, but maybe because I've been squatting since I was young, my knees hurt too much when I do lower body exercises during workouts these days. Today, I thought I couldn't exercise because of a sharp pain in the morning, but after a while, the pain subsided, though I'm still worried. Sometimes I feel like my knees are slipping backward. Has my knee cartilage already worn out?

    아무래도 쪼그리고 앉는게 무릎에 안좋다고 들었어요.요즘보면 식당들도 좌식테이블 없애는 추세 같아요.

    무릎에 무리 안가게 조심하셔요. 저도 양반다리 많이 하면 무릎이 아프더라고요.ㅜ 무릎 중요하지요.

    쪼그리거나 양반 다리가 아주 안좋다고
    하네요 근력 운동도 하시면 좋을 거 같아요
    아직 젊으시니 조금만 개선하면 금방 좋아질
    듯요
