My calf hurts..;

I used to only do spinning, but recently I added swimming as well. Spinning is also a workout where you move standing to music, and swimming requires vigorous kicking to increase speed, so I think I strained my calves. Today, I was in so much pain that I skipped both and rested. Neither of these was my first time starting these exercises, but I guess you can't fool age...

Would a foot massage device or foam roller help in this case? I'm curious!

    저도 수영하며 발차기 하던날 종아리가 무지 아프더리구요~ 안쓰던 근육까지 써서 더 아프더라구요~
    전 롤러랑 마사지건 사용하니 훨씬 낫더라구요
    당분간 너무 무리하지 마세요~~
