(Concern) These days, my health concerns are back pain, wing bone pain, and finger pain.
My biggest health concerns lately are back pain, wing bone pain, and finger pain.
About 8 or 9 years ago, I used my phone extensively for several years, often working in improper and hunched postures while using my phone. When I was working with my phone, I didn't feel any pain in my back, only a stiff feeling after a lot of work. However, starting a few years ago, I began to experience stiffness in the left side of my back, especially the upper part, and sometimes I feel a slight muscle ache when using the computer or phone. The pain or discomfort in daily life is not significant, but I always feel a chronic stiffness in the left back area. Therefore, I went to an orthopedic surgeon and received muscle injections and physical therapy about three times.
Although I didn't recover completely and immediately after treatment,
As time passed, the pain improved, so I didn't continue treatment.
Around 5-6 months ago, I suddenly experienced stiffness, pain, and discomfort in my fingers, and they didn't bend well. When I woke up in the morning, my fingers were stiff and uncomfortable, so I went to a traditional Korean medicine clinic and received treatment for about two weeks. It could be due to nerve compression or symptoms stemming from a forward head posture, so I focused my treatment on the fingers.
They also inserted acupuncture needles into the connected acupoints, including the calf and forearm areas.
Just when I was trying to get a little better, I caught the flu and couldn't go for treatment.
And then the finger pain worsened, and my back and shoulder blades also started hurting, so I am visiting an orthopedic clinic and a rehabilitation center.
I had an X-ray taken at the orthopedic department and was diagnosed with turtle neck, and I am receiving treatment for the symptoms caused by turtle neck.
The treatment methods include muscle injections, physical therapy, manual therapy, posture stretching, shockwave therapy, and high-frequency therapy, which are administered alternately.
Initially, I received mainly muscle injections and physical therapy, but now I am undergoing treatment focused on manual therapy, physical therapy, and posture stretching.
I used to go once a week, but now I receive treatment twice a week. The finger pain and stiffness have improved a lot compared to the beginning, but they still haven't fully healed.
I am currently receiving consistent treatment, but my back and shoulder blade area are worse than my fingers, so I am undergoing treatment. I'm very worried because my symptoms are not improving quicklyㅜㅜ
