It's been over three years since I started walking exercise. Since last summer, I've been experiencing terrible pain in my left heelㅜㅜ I visited an orthopedic surgeon and found that I already have bone spurs on my soleㅜㅜ I received extracorporeal shock wave therapy diligently and did stretching exercises hard.. Honestly, I feel like extracorporeal shock wave therapy only helps a little while I'm receiving it, and the pain comes back after some timeㅜㅜ Because my sole hurts, my gait is also abnormal, and I think my knees might be hurting tooㅜㅜ Does anyone have experience with plantar fasciitis recovery? If you have good methods, I would appreciate it if you could share them.
