(Concern) Tingling in the legs~ Pain in the hip bone when sitting~

Persistent buttock bone pain that begins inevitably after sitting for a long time

These days, it's difficult to sit for a long time due to pain in my hip bone.

I went to the hospital, but I didn't know the exact reason, so I received pain relief medication and underwent physical therapy a few times.
It was okay during treatment, but as I sit for longer periods, the pain in my pelvis starts again.
There is no pain at all when standing or walking, so walking exercise is not at all affected.
However, the problem is that the pain worsens when sitting, possibly due to the load being applied to the buttocks.
Even though the buttock pain persists, sitting for a long time makes my legs feel tingling.

Detailed symptoms...

The area of pain in the hip bone is the middle part between the lower back and the floor when sitting, and it is the outer bone.

There is almost no pain on the left side, but the right side hurts severely.
Interestingly, even when I am in severe pain, I feel no pain at all when I stand up.

What are the symptoms of tingling in the leg?

My left leg is fine, but only the right side feels tingling.

My entire right sole feels tingling from the bottom up.
Sometimes I feel a tingling sensation at the tip of my right hand, but it's a mild tingling and not severe.

It's the first time I've experienced something like this, and the hospital also doesn't know the cause, so it's quite perplexing.
I'm considering whether I should go to a large hospital these days.

Strong legs & trouble-free sitting lifestyle

I used to have no pain in my legs or hips at all.

Even if I sit for about 12 hours a day, I never experienced any buttock pain.

My legs are also strong, so I walked very well~

Is it because of the herniated disc that was problematic before?

It might be related, but I had a problem with a herniated disc in my lower back a few years ago.
I once misstepped while going down the stairs and slightly strained my lower back.
I thought there was a staircase, but since there isn't, I stepped onto the ground a bit deeper than expected, which slightly strained my back.
I applied hot packs at home for a few days, but there was no improvement, so I received physical therapy at the hospital and recovered. Since then, I occasionally experienced back pain, but it wasn't frequent, so I didn't think much of it.

Lumbar stenosis?

According to what I found on the internet, if you have a herniated disc in your lower back, it can press on nerves, making walking difficult and causing leg pain. Although my symptoms are somewhat different, I am also considering that it might be a back problem.

Even a desk for standing living? Haha

It's really tough when you have to sit and endure even when you're in pain~
Unable to sit for long periods greatly diminishes the quality of life.
I'm thinking about whether I should buy a standing desk.

I wonder why the everyday life I took for granted and enjoyed felt so precious.
After experiencing illness, I realize that living normally without getting sick is the best.

I think I would live gratefully if I could live without this kind of pain. Haha

Are there anyone who has the same concerns as me?
Are there anyone around me who has the same difficulties as I do?
