My finger hurts.

I do a lot of work with my hands.. I try to save my hands by doing stretching diligently, massaging with a hand massager, and managing with paraffin, but my wrist started to hurt, and now my fingers are too painful.. When I wake up in the morning, my fingers are stiff and difficult to straighten, and they feel tingling and painful.

There is also pain in the middle finger..

Many people have undergone surgery and received non-covered medical treatments at hospitals for these symptoms, but it seems like things are not returning to the way they used to be.

I would like to know if there is a good way to protect my finger without surgery.
