Since it's a job that involves sitting for a long time, I experience severe lower back pain in the afternoon.
I am trying to keep my back straight and am also using a device that helps me sit with my back straight.
Nevertheless, by evening, the back pain becomes severe.
I try to avoid going to the hospital whenever possible, so every evening I do a few exercises that are said to strengthen the back muscles.
I haven't really felt the effects yet, but I plan to keep at it consistently.
