Sometimes my soles hurt and my legs go numb.

 

So

I am making use of my spare time in my own way.

When going out

Waiting time for the elevator

I mainly use the stairs.

 

You might think that the waiting time for the elevator is short.

It's longer than I thought.

 

Let me introduce the action I am performing.

These actions cannot all be done at once, but

Try doing just one action each time you go out^^

This action is

Putting one leg on 3 to 4 stairs

The bridge below is in a relaxed knee position.

Bending the bridge above

Hold for about 10 seconds.

Do the same on the opposite side.

 

It's better to spend about 2 more seconds on the more painful side.

At first, it hurts.

You can gradually feel the coolness.

Stimulating the hip joint

It improves circulation.

Illuminate only the front half of the stairs.

It goes straight down the stairs at the back.

Then, my calves feel tight and refreshed.

This is the posture you recommended that helps improve hip joint balance.

Keep one leg extended at the end of the stairs with the knee straight.

The rest of the leg should be felt as lowering the pelvis.

You should lift the entire leg without bending the knee.

Don't forget the other side as well.

Because blood circulation becomes smooth

It greatly helps with symptoms of leg numbness.
