1 Low-frequency stimulator
After Yogo Mountain, I don't receive physical therapy!! The effects are almost the same!! Sometimes I use the velcro for easy application, and when it's very painful, I soak cotton and use an adsorption pad, turning my home into a physical therapy room♡ You can use it in various ways for different body parts and massages, and it has adjustable levels, making it perfect for both men and women (excluding children) to use^^
2 Neck massager
It says it's a foot massager, but it also functions as a leg massager lol Have you tried putting your calves in the middle of the machine?? The calf massager is amazing lol It really relaxes you and feels like your bones are being crushed!! I wear it every day after walking exercise!!
There is also a wireless device, so please carefully consider the pros and cons~ I chose wired because the battery weight makes it heavy^^
3 Coin Patches
I used Japanese products and also tried Korean ones, but I felt itching and stinging sensationsㅠ So I'm using Japanese products again (individual experiences may vary).
Coin patches are perfect for relieving localized pain!! Especially when applied to the shoulder area, they give a feeling of relief, so I use them frequently^^
4 Various massage balls
Try massaging it. You can feel your whole body tingling and muscles relaxing. Did you know that all the nerves in your body are concentrated in your feet? Especially stimulate the hollow Yongcheon point!! The tingling sensation makes me giggleㅋㅋ I usually watch TV and gently rub to relieve daily fatigue♡
Taking supplements besides that will make you less tired!! Especially magnesium!! Since I started taking magnesium, the feeling of exhaustion that seemed to melt away has definitely decreased♡
