Yesterday, while doing housework, I was in a slightly high place.

I accidentally slipped and fell backward.

It's a height I could jump over easily, but I was so startled that my whole body is aching, and my tailbone area keeps feeling uncomfortable. ㅜ

First, try doing something at home for a day or two.

Still, I want to go to the hospital if I feel sick..

Hot packs, cold packs??....

Is there a simple way to relax at home?

    꼬리뼈는 병원가도 해주는것도
    없는것 같더라구요..쉬는게 젤 좋은것
