It is a hospital well-known for its neurology and pain management treatments.

My biological mother went to this neurology department because of dementia.

I mainly visit this Chanseon Neurosurgery Clinic whenever I have pain due to shoulder and back treatments.

Today, I visited for pain treatment because every time I raise my left arm, the area behind my right shoulder and the forearm feel unnatural and painful.

 

 

This hospital is located on the 4th floor.

 

 

Since I arrived at the hospital early, there weren't many waiting patients.

After a little while, many patients started to come in.

It's not a large hospital, but it is equipped with the latest medical equipment, and the interior is clean. The director and the staff are also friendly.

Especially, the director kindly explains in detail the areas of pain each time he visits the hospital and informs us in advance about the treatment plan.

It's not frozen shoulder; they said it's because the connection area at the back of the shoulder is overloaded.

So, what about the treatment?

Pain injection and hot/cold pack therapy. Electrical magnetic field therapy and electrical therapy were performed.

 

 

Certainly, after finishing the treatment, my arm became softer and I could lift it easily to the left.

Since I visited the hospital, it has been 5 years and 1 month since I had shingles, so I also received the shingles vaccine as a preventive measure.

I had shingles in my late 40s, and since my immune system is weak, I was worried it might recur, so I received an injection today.

 

Another great feature of this hospital is that it offers night consultations until 9 PM on Wednesdays.

However, you must visit by 8 PM. This is in preparation for your physical therapy.

And on Thursday, only the morning clinic is available; there is no afternoon clinic.

I have resolved to do not only walking and strength exercises but also to do a lot of stretching for my back and shoulders.
