I have a herniated disc, so I had severe lower back pain. When I was in my third year of high school, my back hurt so much that I had to stand at the back of the classroom during lessons, or I would talk to the teacher during after-school study hours, then go to a Korean medicine clinic for treatment and return to school.

My secret is stretching before bed.
It's really simple. But you need to do this consistently for at least 10 minutes every day.
I have been doing stretching before bed for over 10 years.
Sit on the floor with your legs crossed and your arms extended to the sides, then twist your torso. Twist slowly and hold for 10 seconds, then return to the starting position. Repeat this 10 times.
2. Sit down and press the soles of your feet together, then slowly bend your waist and lower yourself to the floor. Hold for 10 seconds, then slowly come back up. Do this at least 10 times.
3. Raise one arm behind your back and lower the other arm behind your back to grab. If you can't reach, use a towel. Then, bend your waist to both sides. Also, stretch it backward. When lifting slowly, tighten your stomach. Do more than 10 repetitions.
4. Finally, the baby pose. Kneel down and stretch your arms forward while leaning. Relax completely. Finish comfortably.
You just need to do this consistently.
