[Treatment Review] Shoulder pain and neck pain have been alleviated.
I was working while going through pregnancy and childbirth. My shoulders and neck hurt a lot even before giving birth, and I thought it was due to pregnancy.
After giving birth and taking sufficient maternity leave, I returned to work at the company and worked for two months. However, my pain worsened, making it difficult to sit at my desk and work, so I resigned and received chiropractic treatment. I think the chiropractic treatment didn't suit me, as the process was very painful and difficult, and after completing all 10 sessions, my condition seemed to have worsened. I then visited physical therapy and orthopedics clinics regularly. Eventually, people around me and pain community forums recommended yoga and SNPE. I started doing yoga twice a week and SNPE twice a week.
The exercise called SNPE seemed to suit me well, and I saw improvement.
All you need to prepare are things like a mat, yoga mat, leg straps, and neck pillows, but first I will assess your body type and help you find the best posture tailored to you.
The pillow is a wave pillow, and I first loosen the muscles that start from the neck gradually. If there is pain or difficulty, I loosen it and then, once I get used to it, I continue by adjusting the intensity. The band belt is fixed around the thighs, calves, and ankles to help maintain posture, and I keep adjusting my posture while performing small and large movements.
I've been doing it for over a year, and now the pain has significantly eased, so I can sit at a desk and participate in community activities like I am now.
I truly realized how important good posture is, and the children are also correcting their posture while attending the academy together.
The kids started using their phones and tablets too much, so we began doing it together. They follow along quite well, and we've been doing it once a week...
I will continue to work hard steadily from now on~~ Fighting every day.
