저는 뼈가 튼튼한 편이었는데도 갱년기가 오고 커피를 너무 좋아하니 뼈가 약해진것같더라구요 골다공증 정말로 조심해야하는것같네요

I fell down and had knee surgery once.
They say my bones are too weak at the hospital.
So since the surgery, I have been taking calcium supplements that I didn't used to take, frequently eating side dishes like anchovies and dried fish, and diligently eating fish and milk that I didn't used to consume.
I think I have been too picky about my food throughout my life.
I've been diligently eating things like tofu as part of my diet for a long time... other things have improved a lot...
What are some other things that are good for the bones?
I'm scared that osteoporosis might come...ㅠㅠ
