The reason I started doing heel exercises was to strengthen my lower body muscles.

Starting in my late 40s, I began to experience pain in my lower back, neck, and knees.

I've been consistently receiving physical therapy for four months, but at home, I mainly do bodyweight exercises while watching TV, mostly by leaning on a chair.

I am doing it multiple times.

I used to get cramps in my legs frequently while sleeping at night, but ever since I started moving around, I sleep very comfortably.
