I am in my 40s and managing my health through running.
I don't run every day, but I jog about 70 to 90 kilometers a month to maintain my healthy weight.
It runs approximately 3 to 5 kilometers at a time.
I'm not running very fast and mostly running on flat courses, so I don't think my knees are under that much strain, but occasionally I experience knee pain, which subtly worries me.
I feel a slight tingling or numbness in my knee, and it's a bit prickly, but honestly, I'm having a hard time giving up running and I'm 고민 (struggling) with it.
Would using medication, exercise aids, or supportive devices for the knees be effective? ㅠㅠ
