(Tip) Neck disc issues improved with stretching.

Number 1First exercise for cervical disc health: stretching using a towel!

It is good to do this simple exercise intermittently throughout the day. Roll up a towel and place it around your neck, then tilt your head backward. The correct method is to straighten your chest. Also, when doing this, tilt your head back for about 10 seconds, rest for 10 seconds, and repeat five times.

Number 2Second good exercises for cervical disc issues: head nodding and shoulder shrugging!

You can do this exercise easily by sticking to the wall, relaxing your body, and gently moving your neck side to side. Make sure the rest of your body stays still. After finishing this exercise, simply lift both shoulders, relax, and then drop them down gently. Repeat this simple movement. Do these two exercises for about 15 seconds each, in 5 sets.

Number 3Third exercise for herniated cervical disc: stretching the front neck!

Sit comfortably and place your hands together with only your thumbs extended, touching your chin. Then, slowly push upward toward the ceiling, hold for 5 seconds, and then slowly lower back down. Repeat this about 5 times.

Number 4Good exercises for cervical disc issues: fourth, neck tilting backward and neck bending forward!

Stand upright with your body straight, place your hands above your head, and pull with force to the side. Perform this posture for 15 seconds on the right and left sides, completing 3 sets. After finishing this exercise, clasp both hands behind your head. Then, bend your neck forward, to the right, and to the left, one time each. Repeat the sets as described above.

 

I have tried visiting an orthopedic surgeon for my neck disc symptoms and received shoulder injections at the pain clinic, but

It doesn't get better quickly. The orthopedic department also provides physical therapy with devices that stretch and straighten the neck.

Receiving physical therapy

By stretching at home in the morning and evening whenever I have time, my condition has improved quickly and I feel better.

Cervical disc herniation requires a treatment that takes time and progresses slowly.
