저도 부모님이 주셔서 가누다를 쓰고 있긴 한데요. 효과가 정말 있는가 보네여
I fixed my neck disc problem by sleeping with a pillow.
I was one of the people with extremely severe cervical disc herniation.
So I went to orthopedics, got an MRI, and also received an injection.
Trying medication therapy and also going to physical therapy for traction treatment.
Always with a one-span-sized knitting needle, even for nerve treatment injections.
There is hardly anything I haven't played or tried.
I experienced severe pain, so I received regular treatment consistently.
Those who have suffered from a neck disc herniation will understand the feeling, but it's like when you crack an egg and the egg white drips out.
You know that feeling of being barely attached.
A feeling like it's about to fall but just barely hanging on
My neck has always felt that way.
Because the pain is so severe, I have developed a habit of nodding my head left and right, which sometimes looks like a tic. I do it because of the pain, but people around me wonder why I do that and find it distracting.
There are quite a few people who see it strangely.
To those suffering from cervical disc problems based on my experience
I want to share my experience to be helpful.
I'm just recommending it; I have no connection to this company.
I'll tell you first before recommending that there isn't one^^
I've been in so much pain that I've tried every pillow, from this pillow to that pillow, and bought them all because they all claim to be good.
15 years ago, at a certain cafe, I had a neck disc problem.
After using the Ganuda pillow, the person who was struggling
I saw a post saying that it has gotten better.
Even at that time, a thirsty person seeks a spring.
GanuDa Pillow is a pillow model used by celebrity Choi Hwa-jung, and it was an expensive pillow, but since there was no time to consider other options, I ordered and started using it for now.
The basic model used by most people suffering from neck disc issues is Blue Label, so I started using it. During the first week, I was able to perform traction therapy while sleeping with a functional cervical pillow, so it was a bit easier to adapt.
It's not easy.
But when I sleep, it initially supports the cervical spine of my neck, and even if I toss and turn, my cervical spine of the neck remains supported.
Pillow traction therapy characteristics that help create alignment
Even after receiving physical therapy and medication treatment for several years
However, since there was no improvement, surgery for a cervical disc herniation was also considered.
It healed my cervical disc herniation that I had been considering.
My neck disc has completely healed and disappeared now, and I haven't experienced any neck pain or difficulty since I started using a pillow.
I went on a trip and used the pillows at the hotel or accommodation for about two days, and my neck started feeling like it used to. Now I realize how important the GanuDa pillow is to me, and I always pack my GanuDa pillow in my travel bag when I go on trips. Hahaha
For those with a neck disc issue, even the pillow used while sleeping should be considered.
It's really important.
Because the weight of the brain is quite heavy, sleeping in the same position for 8 to 9 hours can affect treatment depending on which pillow you use while sleeping.
It seems to be effective.
I have personally gifted pillows to friends around me who are suffering from cervical disc issues about three or four times, and there are also people who have actually experienced suffering from cervical disc problems.
I am lying on the pillow I bought, and now I am only talking about that pillow.
Those who have broken their pillows to that extent cannot use other pillows.
People with neck disc issues should also exercise, especially if the neck disc has progressed significantly.
In particular, doing the isometric exercises indicated in the photo above is very effective.
The method involves using your right hand to push the head while focusing on the head, applying force in the pushing direction, and also pushing the head with the left hand while trying to move it to the left. The same applies to the front and back, pushing with your hands in those directions. By doing this exercise, which aims to move the head in the pushing direction, it helps strengthen the core muscles and has the effect of alleviating neck pain.
