I had frozen shoulder, but it has almost healed.
I originally couldn't even clasp my hands behind my back or lift my arms, and I was in a lot of pain, but I took medication while going to the hospital. I recovered a lot through exercise such as yoga and working out.
Your shoulder on that side is still a bit drooped, and your back is stiff as well. Please share ways to fully recover.
