When I started exercising, I only focused on working out and wasn't interested in anything else. I enjoyed doing home workouts and strength training in my spare time, but my body still felt sluggish.
So, after looking up information and doing some research, I found that stretching, including massages to relax after exercise, is just as important. That's why I bought a foam roller to help relax after workouts.
The bump was hard, so it hurt a lot at first, but as I kept doing it, I gradually got used to it and my body also loosened up ^^
