허리는 정말 한순간에 훅 나빠질수도 있기 때문에 주기적인 관리가 필요하긴 하지만 시간내기가 어려우시다면.... 느낌이 좀 이상하다 싶으실때마다(이게 느낌적으로 아?? 하면서 오드라구요 ㅎㅎ)!! 가서 물리치료 받으시는게 도움 될것 같아요

I was visiting the Korean medicine clinic every weekend because of lower back pain.
I can't go during the week because I leave work late ㅠ
But there's no improvement, ㅜ
So I was planning to go to neurosurgery, but a new orthopedic clinic that offers night consultations opened, so I checked it out, and they said that a part of my lumbar spine looks a little narrow.
I first received physical therapy, and after going back for another session, I felt a bit better~
Even though the symptoms have somewhat eased now~
You should go regularly to receive physical therapy, right?
