My shoulder has been hurting a lot since last winter.
I haven't been able to turn my neck to the right properly since when.
So, I was hospitalized at a traditional Korean medicine hospital in February, received acupuncture, and underwent about 20 sessions of manual therapy.
It seemed to get a little better back then.
Lately, my neck hasn't been turning well again. The manual therapy doctor says it's because my fascia has shortened.
I feel like stretching regularly isn't very effective.
How can a shortened fascia recover?
