It's a very obvious yet strange story, but I lost weight and my knee pain improved.
The strange part is that I feel pain in my knees despite weighing 54kg. (Height is 167cm) The issue is that even if I temporarily gain weight to 54kg after eating a lot, my knees still hurt. So, I am currently maintaining and managing my weight at 50-51kg.
Although I gained weight while dieting, the results show that my knees are in such poor condition that I can't even handle an average weight. Of course, I do lower body exercises, but my knees have been damaged for so long that they don't heal easily. If you experience mild soreness in your knees, managing your weight and correcting your posture are the answers. Let's age healthily!!
