      네...확실히 앞으로 내려갈 때보다 옆으로 내려가면 무릎 부담이 덜 되요. 저는 앞으로 많이 내려가면 무릎에서 느낌인지 삐거덕 거리는 느낌들때가 있더라구요ㅜ

      에고..무릎 안좋으시면 더 신경쓰셔서 내려갈 땐 엘리베이터티거나 아니면 옆으로 내려가세요. 계단 앞으로 내려가면 정말 무릎에 더 무리가 가더라구요
