Maintain good posture!!! Do not sit with your legs crossed!!!

Don't cross your legs~~!!!

It's basic but difficult~~!!

I changed my posture and worked hard on balance exercises.

There was a severe imbalance when looking at the pelvis in the mirror.

It has returned a lot, and the hip joint pain is completely gone.

It has disappeared~~!!!

 

Now that the pain has disappeared, I am blinking frequently.

I don't do it very well anymore.. haha

People are really cunning, aren't they? Haha

Still, I am trying to maintain good posture consistently.

Only play it occasionally when I think of it so it doesn't get more tangled.

I am also doing balance exercises.

 

I'm so glad and amazed that just a simple posture fix and a small exercise can make such a difference!!

 

These days, this balance has also been upgraded.

I think it's much more comfortable and produces better results because it's called a swing device.
